October Recommendation: Fancy Soy Sauce

Some things really are worth the money.

Look, the pandemic was a grim time. We all blew some money ordering stuff online to cheer ourselves up. Me, I was drunk a lot of the time, and drunk impulse shopping is fun, and I spent a lot ordering sauces and seasonings to make the increasingly grim task of cooking every single night seem slightly more appealing. Do I regret some of those purchases, which inevitably went bad before I used them a second time? Perhaps. Do I regret drunkenly spending a lot of money on soy sauce? Absolutely not, and I will do it again (but sober).
